A Little Bit About Me
I’m Raechel Taylor, Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, and founder of The Home Buyer Academy. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Denver metro area since January of 2018. And here's the deal... I remember what it was like when I bought my first home. Way back before I became an agent, when I was still young, naive, and... we'll just stick with naive. I had no idea how big of an investment I was making. Heck, I didn't even know that I was making an investment! I was just excited to have my own name on a piece of paper saying I owned something. I didn't understand that I was setting myself up for my future, and I certainly didn't understand the legal repercussions of what could've happened if something went wrong.

My goal, nay... my MISSION, if you will, is to best prepare new home buyers who are coming into the market so that they can make educated, INFORMED, decisions during the home buying process, and understand the market they're working in so they can work with their agent to get into a house they love, and feel secure in their investment. I have selected specific content that I feel is the most important information for new buyers, so they can cut out the "noise", and take in what is actually necessary market knowledge. I feel that it's so important to understand the responsibility that comes with owning your own home, and I want to arm you with the knowledge and tools necessary to understand the process and responsibility of buying. I want to help you and your agent get to the Closing table with keys in hand as soon as you're ready. You can count on me to be on YOUR team and want what's best for you.
